Write to us
That address reaches Inyonitech Solutions (Pty) Ltd, which operates this site, and it is also the way to reach the company’s Information Officer on any privacy matter.
What is worth writing about
- A check or a score that looks wrong. Tell us the prompt number, the model and the setting, and what you think it should be.
- An answer that names a real person or shows personal information. Tell us the page and we will remove it.
- A mistake in our writing, such as a number that does not match its table.
- Something that does not work with a screen reader or a keyboard. See the accessibility page.
- Anything about privacy, including a request under POPIA or the GDPR.
- A trademark concern.
What happens to your message
We keep it and your address for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange, and for no longer than twenty-four months. You are not added to a list; there is no list. See the privacy page.
What we cannot do
We cannot tell you which model to buy, and we do not answer questions on behalf of the companies that make the models. See the disclaimer.
